Pretty good deals on some things and very attentive staff. I was probably asked 3 times by 3 different people if I needed help. It was almost weird.

This place hasn't changed. In the summer it's always unbearably hot inside the store.(80F+) customer service is non-existent. I was never spoken to by an employee. I walked around the store getting a few school supplies to donate and ended up leaving my purchase. The prices were high and I waited 15 minutes to check out. There were multiple employees walking around and only 1 other customer in line. It definitely wasn't busy But no one seemed to notice.
I mean, for an office store they can't be beat. I do my 2 times per year printing here. Clean and organized store. Their white paper works good for printing.
