Wonderful food... Good service... A great country store, beautiful large stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the restaurant.
Prices were great but service & the food itself make more like a two star. All the food ordered didn't come out. We had to ask for utensils AFTER our food was delivered. Hubby's sandwich wasn't really cooked.
Long wait but could shop in their store while waiting. The service was slow and really terrible and our food was cold when it arrived. We had to ask for our food 40 minutes after ordering; had to request biscuits and drink refill. Waitress was very overwhelmed. Don't think we'll go back there again any time soon. I used to LOVE going to Cracker Barrel!
Very disappointed tonight. Placed a to go order at 6:38 and it was to be ready in 20-25 min. Went in to pick it up at 7:00 and 25 min. later, after complaining AGAIN, we finally got our food. Not even close to being hot. I feel like our food just sat back there because my husband didn't add a tip to the bill. Yes, he probably should have but that is still no excuse.
Cracker barrel restaurant is usually a very comfortable setting. This one is no different. They were busy and it took a while to be seated. But food was good and employees were nice.
